1. Executive Dashboard

Your plant's command center. Here you visualize production pulse in real-time.

Real-Time Simulation

The numbers you see (OEE, Total Output, Cycle) are NOT static. They are directly connected to your Balancing and Costing modules. If you create a bottleneck in the line, the cycle time on the dashboard will increase and production will slow down.

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

Measures how effective your manufacturing is. Availability x Performance x Quality.

Total Output

Count of pieces produced. This counter advances based on the actual "Cycle Time" of your balanced line.

2. AI Video Analysis

Transforms standard video into precise industrial engineering data.

  1. Upload Video: Upload an MP4 video of a manual operation (e.g., assembly, sewing).
  2. Gemini Analysis: Our AI processes frame-by-frame to identify micro-movements (Fundamental Motions).
  3. Results: Receive a report with standard times, waste detection, and ergonomic recommendations.

Pro Tip

Ensure the operator is fully visible in the frame for better ergonomic results.

3. Line Balancing

Optimize production flow by balancing workload across stations.

Intuitive Drag & Drop

Drag operations (color blocks) from the workbench to Stations 1-4. The system automatically recalculates saturation.

  • Bottleneck: The station with the highest bar defines the speed of the ENTIRE line.
  • Efficiency: Aim for all bars to be as even as possible.

Calculate the financial impact of your operational decisions instantly.

  • Overall Efficiency Real degradation factor

5. Mobile Installation (PWA)

Manufactura IA Pro is designed to function as a native application on your mobile device. No app store download is necessary.

iPhone & iPad

  1. Open Safari and go to the app URL.
  2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow up).
  3. Scroll down and choose "Add to Home Screen".
  4. Tap Add in the top corner.

  1. Open Chrome and go to the app URL.
  2. Tap the three dots (Menu).
  3. Select "Install App".
  4. Confirm the installation in the pop-up window.

6. Custom Database

Adapt Manufactura IA Pro to your reality. You are not limited to our standards; you can create your own manufacturing universe.

How to Add Products and Operations

  1. Go to "Settings" in the sidebar.
  2. Find the "Data Management" section.
  3. To add a New Product:
    • Enter SKU or Name.
    • Define Target Cycle Time.
  4. To define Custom Operations:
    • Associate operations (Cutting, Assembly, Packing) to your product.
    • Set standard costs per operation.
Note: Changes are saved locally on your device to ensure privacy.

8. Factory Floor Mode

A high-contrast interface designed for distance viewing or under industrial lighting conditions.

  • High Contrast: Yellow/Black color scheme for maximum readability.
  • Data Only: Eliminates aesthetic distractions, focused 100% on metrics.
  • Distance Visibility: Scaled typography to be read from afar.
